About this blog

There is something special about the little town in South-West Africa where i spent the first few years of my life: the world’s largest meteorite lies there, unmoved by men. The gods must have been skidding stones on that day that the ‘shooting star’ fell from the sky. And I have a theory that another ravenous dinosaur was out when the heavens rained fire. But today, I am that inquisitive and curious one. It is impossible for me to pass a rugged stone and not wonder if it too had once been a shooting star.

TO MOVE

To wander and to travel is such a luxury to me. I have been lucky to have seen quite a few places in the world. Each week I get to look back at another journey in RETROSPECT and will share the weekly TRAVEL JOURNAL article which sets the theme for my daily digital polaroids. These little TRAVEL PHOTOS OF YESTERYEAR bring me much joy and makes me happy about the prospect of seeing more.

TO BE MOVED

This blog is my little space to record interesting finds that add value to my life. Miscellaneous topics are to be explored in "Another Ravenous Dinosaur". Inspired by a world too wide and wondrous to grasp in all its complexity in a span of one lifetime. Much to enkindle, and some to share. Hungry to learn.

TO NOTE

I have always delighted in writing. Even just to take notes, to write cards, to sketch. Nothing perfect, just black ink on paper. Simple. Recently, to write has become a more urgent desire. What could have been a commonplace pop-up book meant for my bookshelf, is now a devotion to the daily discipline of writing.

I hope you enjoy the stories.

Past, present. Post.
